This is my first read of a book by Maxine Mansfield and I wasn t disappointed The fantasy world she has created is written in vast detail and invites you into that world from the first pages.Adan is your fantasy alpha male, dominating as the prince of the barbarians, easy to love and hate all at the same time Cocky, arrogant but delicious Lisbeth appears to be as Adan first describes her to be, boring and nothing she can do could hold his attention but he s sorely misjudged the woman he hasn t s [...]

This has to be one of the best romance novels I ve ever laid eyes on The love scenes were passionate, gripping, and hot The world the story takes place in is complete, a full fantasy world, unlike most books in the genre that gloss over setting while focusing heavily on the relationship aspect One of my favorite things from this book, which is totally unique in my opinion, was the rambling and vulgar rants of the gnomes They provided comic relief on a scale I m totally not used to I found myself [...]

Hot, sexy and just plain crazyThere are no words to descript this book, it was funny as helland had passion to back it up.Lizbeth and Adan relationship was not easy with a crazy mother n law and a bad past.But with a little love, touch of laugher and top it off with a great amount of sex it make a great relationship.Great read

I received this book in exchange for an honest review Lovers of Paranormal A arrange marriage for Lizbeth and Adan since childbirth I felt there was not much to the story They have to learn to love each other Adan is blinded by his loyalty with his parents so he doesn t believe what Lizbeth says Lizbeth went through a nightmare of torture of learn Adan likes and dislike The only thing I like about the book was the fact someone put the queen in her place.

This is a good book The plot is somewhat common, but what makes this book special is the actual creative writing in the book It actually had me laughing out loud when I found out about the knife I won t spoil that for anyone.Overall good read with some hotness to it also
